45201 - Lockouts with Interlocking Tabs

Specifically designed for locking out power sources such as disconnects, switches, and panel boxes. Double interlocking hasp of tempered steel with patented interlocking tabs for extra security. Hasps are bright zinc-plated. Riveted construction. Six-hole locking bodies coated with red vinyl plastic. Holes will accept up to 5/16" (8 mm) diameter shackles.

RUP HOLDTAG™ Tagging Device

Molded from a specially blended elastomer the R-TD & R-TD2 Holdtag Models remain functional during the most frigid or sweltering weather. Ultra-violet stabilizers ensure that the R-TD lasts for many years of service. Both models have an internal cavity with tapered ribs and a slot (for the prong) to accept the head of a disconnect (switch) stick for easy installation and removal. Aerial Bucket Light

The Aerial Bucket Light is a dual beam, 16,000 candlepower spotlight and 3,000 candlepower floodlight that is designed for use on aerial lift buckets. The light swivels and can be aimed in any direction to illuminate the area required, and the mounting bracket allows it to be mounted anywhere on the aerial bucket rim.

12 Volt Spot and Flood Lights

The Versa-Lite® product line offers a wide variety of spot and flood lights, ranging from a 50,000 candlepower floodlight to a 300,000 candlepower spotlight. The TILT II Transformer Tester

A versatile tool for quick and easy checks of transformers and the connections made to them. In the field, the TILT II is used to test the primary and secondary sides of single or three phase transformer installations for short circuits prior to energizing. In the shop, the TILT II is used for the quick screening of incoming and outgoing transformers for both primary and secondary shorts or opens (including internal fuses and breakers). A magnet is available to hold the TILT in place while testing.

Digital Voltmeters

The DigiVolt® series of digital voltmeters and phasing sets is designed to take voltage measurements and perform phasing applications on system voltages up to 80kV. There are six different models.

The NEW DigiVolt-80 is a compact, high accuracy dual stick voltmeter and phasing set with connecting cord. The DVM-80 measures voltages up to 40kV and up to 80kV with a pair of optional add-on resistors. The two-stick design can be used in both overhead and underground applications. Accurate measurement repeatable to within 1%.

The DVM-I and III are single-stick units with a ground lead designed for taking line-to-ground measurements up to 20kV. The DVM-II and IV are two-stick units for taking line-to-ground and line-to-line measurements up to 50kV. The DVM-III and IV also include a Capacitive Test Point mode. The less expensive and smaller DVM-V, a two-stick unit for measuring and phasing voltages to 20kV, does not include Peak Hold mode or Capacitive Test Point mode.

Type K-3 Phase Sequence Indicator

The K-3 Phase Sequence Indicator is used to determine the phase sequence of A-B-C (clockwise) or C-B-A of three-phase voltages. The K-3 Phase Sequence Indicator is of the rotating-disk design; there are no lights to burn out. All internal connections are soldered and there are no exposed metal parts on the housing.

Its three leads are color-coded (red (A), white (B), and blue (C)) for easy connection (other colors are available upon request). The leads are 36 inches in length (other lengths available upon request). The K-3 is designed for operation from 25 to 60 Hertz and from 60 to 600 Volts.

More Versatile – Use only the number of required sections to perform each job. Personal Voltage Detectors

The V-Watch® Personal Voltage Detector detects the presence of electric fields surrounding electrical equipment. Compactly designed to be worn on the outside of clothing or other protective gear, V-Watch provides an extra level of safety for workers who may be in danger of accidentally contacting electrical power lines and other energized electrical equipment.

683 "X" Series Body Harness

The 683 "X" is Bashlin's premier body harness. Originally designed for the utility industry, this harness sets the standard for comfort, flexibility and ease of use. The hardware is low on the waist, and a loop is in the front for rescue or work positioning. Pass through friction buckles are standard. This is a sized harness. Proper sizing is required for proper performance.

662 SERIES "H" STYLE

The 662 Series is a fully adjustable, one size fits most full body harness, in the "H" style. Size XL and larger are available. This harness also has a dorsal seat strap and 10,000 lb test web. The full range of back attachment options are available.

Slow-Stop™ Lanyard

The Lewis Slow-Stop™ Lanyard provides the user a means of FALL DECELERATION. 1” yellow nylon webbing, 2’, 4’ or 6’ lengths, and 1 1/2” black nylon webbing inside containment sleeve.

The Lewis Retractable Lanyard provides the user a means of WORK POSITIONING. 1” yellow nylon webbing, 2’, 4’ or 6’ lengths, and elasticized interior to draw slack out of lanyard to minimize trip hazard of slack lanyard.

Pulling Grips, Stress Relief Grips, and Swivels

Model AAA Series — Single or Double Weave, 1/4" - 1/2"

Recommended wherever high strength and small size are required. Work load is 750 lbs. to 1,700 lbs. depending on the model number.

Model D Series — Triple Weave, 2 3/4" - 3 1/2"

heavy duty grips manufactured of Hi-Fatigue plastic coated Aircraft Strand steel cable in a continuous weave process. Plastic coated strands increase the life of the grip, provide a bearing surface on underground pulls and increase the ease and safety of installation and removal for workmen. Work load is 4,500 lbs. to 5,500 lbs. depending on the model number.

Closed-Mesh Fiber Optic Pulling Grips

This Lewis grip is especially designed for long pulls. It features a continuous single weave design that provides an even pull from the receiving end through the pulling eye. The grip is fabricated of coated galvanized aircraft strand for long life and safety. Each grip has a 24" mesh length for maximum gripping surface. Work load is 600 lbs. to 900 lbs. depending on the model number.

U-Bail Suspension Grips

These grips are constructed of uncoated galvanized wire and are used for bus drops and general suspension. They are available in light-duty, standard-duty, and heavy-duty applications. If coated wire is required, please add “CW” to the end of the part number. Coated wire is not available on Light Duty U-Bail Suspension Grips. Work load is 500 lbs. to 12,000 lbs. depending on the duty rating and the model number.

Sealed Thrust Ball Bearing Swivel with Grease Zerk

HD-S-Z series is designed exclusively for directional boring applications that require a greaseable swivel. The HD-S-Z is the high quality reliable choice. All the quality you have come to expect from the Lewis Swivel Line coupled with the greaseable option (please grease the swivel before and after each use). Work load is 5,400 lbs. to 30,000 lbs. depending on the model number.
